The schools in the Edmund Rice Schools Trust are a closely-knit community of schools which are managed in accordance with the principles of the Edmund Rice Schools Charter. These principles, which include nurturing faith, promoting partnership, excelling in teaching and learning, creating a caring community and inspiring transformational leadership, were developed collaboratively by the trustees, the boards of management, the staffs, the parent and the students of the schools. ERST promotes a strong custom of sharing among the school personnel by organising events for Principals, Deputy Principals, Chairpersons of Boards of Management, Student Councils and R.E teachers.
