Student Leadership

The fifth element of our Edmund Rice Charter is ‘ Inspiring Transformational Leadership‘ and student leadership is a very important part of this. Our schools acknowledge student voice by listening to students and developing policies and procedures that reflect the views of students and the other partners. Each year we meet the chairperson and one other member of the Student Council in the first term and explore with them our timetable for the year, our advocacy campaigns and the other opportunities for student leadership in our schools.

We also provide Student Council training when requested by our schools.

Our Student Leaders’ Conference will take place this year on 7th April, 2022.
